One to one and small group activities tailored to enable people to achieve goals of participation and integration.
People in this portfolio attend full or part days Monday to Friday and follow individualised programmes.

People who receive support for their living arrangements whilst pursuing activities that promote their independence and social connections.
People in this portfolio live in homes with other individuals who are supported by Hōhepa Canterbury.

Practice Team
Specialist skills that contribute to the overall health and wellbeing of the people we support including, but not limited to, anthroposophical therapies, speech-language, occupational and physiotherapies and behaviour support.

Facilitation for people to increase their skills for independence and engage in the community through work, volunteering or other activities.
People in this portfolio live in individual flats or with up to three peers.

Integrated
People with additional health and support needs, often related to aging who may live alone or with up to five others. You will be working to ensure people maintain social connections whilst responding to their changing support needs.

Specialist
People with multiple and sometimes complex support needs who may live alone or with up to four others. You will be assisting people to access the community, participate in day activities and with their personal care. You will be comfortable working alongside people who need support with communication and emotional regulation and who may show distress through elevated behaviour.
