  • I joined the recruitment team to help choose the right people for Hōhepa. I’ve enjoyed being part of projects like the recruitment video and group interviews, and I’m proud to share my voice in the process.

  • I enjoy going to Group Interviews and expos and sharing the knowledge of what we do at Hōhepa and what makes a great Support Worker.

  • I joined the recruitment team to help find the right fit. I’ve been on the panel for three years and I’m proud to interview new people.

  • Being on the recruitment team means having a voice in choosing the right fit for Hōhepa, which I believe is really important. I feel proud that our opinions are valued and that we successfully completed the six-week training to join the panel.
